Jennifer Aniston has recently been slammed by Megyn Kelly for being a whiner about the downside of fame.
The American journalist criticised the Friends alum over her comment about her 2005 split from Brad Pitt in a new Vanity Fair interview.
“You didn’t?” she retorted during her latest episode of The Megyn Kelly Show on August 21.
Megyn said, “How did she not sign up for that? She was on the cover of Vanity Fair without her pants on. She coveted attention and publicity with the best of them. You did sign up for it.”
“This is America. You take the good with the bad when you willingly become a public figure,” stated the American political commentator.
Megyn further said, “The nerve of this woman… You are the one who put yourself in the public eye and cultivated and chased after this kind of attention.”
“Just be grateful that there’s interest. That interest is why you have multimillion-dollar homes, luxury cars and why you keep getting cast in movies. No one wants to hear your complaints,” explained the media personality.
Meanwhile, Megyn reportedly accused The Morning Show star of hypocrisy on women’s rights.
She then lashed out at Jennifer’s longtime friend and actor Jason Bateman for praising the actress’ role in his daughters’ lives.
Meanwhile, Megyn also accused Jason of being overly kind to the actress.
“That is quite the comment that he’s making about his own wife in an effort to lick the blessed boot of Jennifer Aniston…” she added.
