Foley Hoag served as legal counsel to Connectbase, a leading provider of data and software to the communications infrastructure market, in a strategic growth investment in the company from Equality Asset Management (EAM), a Boston-based private equity firm. EAM’s investment will enable Connectbase to accelerate its product innovation and expansion.
The firm also advised Connectbase in the acquisition of Cloud Age, an industry-leading telecom invoice automation provider, which will expand Connectbase’s service offerings. EAM’s investment in Connectbase supported the Cloud Age acquisition.
