The wider Baker McKenzie team also included Corporate Senior Associates, Indhu Birdy (London), Ashley Newsome (Chicago), Jacob Turner (London), Laura MacLachlan (London), Jack Bliss (London), Christina Khoo (London) and Corporate Associates Abigail Saffron (London), Jack McCann (London), Rebecca Gilmore (London), Helen Aihevba (Washington), Noah Walusis (Chicago) and Avni Devgan (London).

This project is a continuation of a long and trusted partnership between Baker McKenzie and WBA. Commenting on the project, Jo Hewitt said “We are delighted to have once again worked with the WBA team on this milestone transaction for the group. Our involvement in this project leveraged our Tier 1 Corporate Reorganizations practice, our cross-border carve-out strengths and showcased Baker McKenzie’s capabilities in supporting clients with the leading transactions in the market. We look forward to continuing to work with the standalone companies as they continue their proud legacies under private ownership.”
