DLA Piper served as regulatory advisor to T-Mobile US, Inc. in its 50/50 joint venture with global investment firm KKR to acquire regional fiber provider Metronet.

“Congratulations to T-Mobile on this significant deal, which will boost the company’s high-speed fiber capabilities. We are pleased to continue our longstanding relationship with T-Mobile on this significant deal and are excited to work closely again as the company expands its business,” said Nancy Victory, Co-Chair of DLA Piper’s US Telecom practice, who co-led the deal team.
