DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Kelsey Tavares has been named a Rising Star as part of Law.com’s 2025 New England Legal Awards. The award recognizes young lawyers for their legal accomplishments, pro bono work and community involvement.
An Associate in the firm’s Boston office, Tavares is a member of DLA Piper’s Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions Litigation practice. She has experience guiding clients through every phase of litigation, including discovery and dispositive motions, fact and expert witness development, bellwether analysis and selection, coordination of discovery requests and responses, depositions, trial preparation, and coordinating parallel state and federal litigations.
In addition to her litigation practice, she also advises clients on risk management and regulatory compliance, including compliance with agency regulations and guidance promulgated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and other agencies.
