DLA Piper advises Overhaul in FreightVerify acquisition and Series C financing

DLA Piper advised Overhaul, a global leader of in-transit supply chain risk management, in its acquisition of FreightVerify, an end-to-end supply chain visibility platform recognized for its precision in solving complex logistics challenges in the automotive and healthcare markets.

The firm also advised Overhaul on its US$105 million in Series C equity financing, which will be used in part to accelerate platform innovation, advance AI-driven capabilities, and expand operations. In addition to the equity financing, DLA Piper advised the company on a new credit facility.

For the new debt facility, the DLA Piper team was led by Partner Richard Marks and included Associates Charles Bell and Traneke Hamrick.
