  • Generated 87% of revenue from electric vehicle (EV) and emissions-reducing hybrid and combustion products
  • Realized 36% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the 2021 baseline
  • Obtained 100% completion rate on annual compliance questionnaire
  • Achieved multiple goals, including top-quartile safety performance for Total Recordable Incident Rate and filling the majority of leadership positions with internal candidates
