Ismail Industries Limited has announced its decision to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Spain, marking a significant step in the company’s global expansion strategy.
The decision, approved by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution, is subject to all applicable regulatory approvals, according to the notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The new subsidiary will serve as a strategic gateway for Ismail Industries to tap into the European Union (EU), one of the largest consumer markets in the world.
