On September 12, 2025, Vietnam Airlines hosted the Uplifting Service Conference at Amiana Resort Cam Ranh, bringing together regulatory authorities and service providers operating at Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR). The conference aimed to share experiences, update international service trends, and foster collaboration to enhance the overall passenger experience.
Cam Ranh International Terminal JSC (CRTC) was honored to join the event with a delegation led by the General Director and key Operations Department staff—the team directly responsible for maintaining service quality at Terminal T2. Their participation highlighted CRTC’s proactive role in aligning with global standards and contributing to the airport’s continued development.
