PATRIZIA has appointed Simon Redman as Head of Product within its Client Division.
- Joining from Invesco Real Estate, Redman to lead product innovation across real estate and infrastructure
- Senior appointment enhances PATRIZIA’s client offering across wealth, defined contribution and institutional channels
Augsburg, London. 15 September 2025. PATRIZIA, an investment manager in smart real assets, has appointed Simon Redman as Head of Product within its Client Division. This senior hire marks a pivotal step in advancing PATRIZIA’s product platform and strengthening its investor proposition across institutional, Defined Contribution (DC) and wealth management and institutional channels.
Redman brings over three decades of industry experience in investment strategy and is recognised for his ability to translate investment themes into scalable product solutions, with a strong track record across institutional markets. In recent years, he led the expansion of Invesco Real Estate’s Defined Contribution and wealth management business, developing new real estate strategies tailored to bring private markets to these investors. Earlier in this career, he led Invesco’s European Client Portfolio team, helping to grow the firm’s institutional investment platform in the aftermath of the global financial crisis.
Simon Redman, Head of Product at PATRIZIA, commented: “Wealth, DC and institutional investors are all looking for innovative ways to access real assets that deliver strong returns alongside measurable social and environmental impact. With deep expertise across real estate and infrastructure, and market-leading impact credentials, such as through the Sustainable Communities strategy, PATRIZIA is strongly placed to meet this demand. DC pension schemes are a key part of this shift, and we are ready to deliver private market strategies aligned with frameworks like the Mansion House Accord. More broadly, there’s growing appetite across the capital spectrum for fit-for-purpose solutions that combine scale, innovation and strong governance.”
At PATRIZIA, Redman will lead the firm’s product strategy across real estate and infrastructure, with a focus on developing new investment solutions and enhancing the firm’s capital formation capabilities. Redman will report to Konrad Finkenzeller, Head of the Client Division, and will work closely with senior leadership to evolve PATRIZIA’s product architecture and align it with the needs of a broader investor base.
Konrad Finkenzeller, Head of PATRIZIA’s Client Division, added: “Simon’s appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening our product strategy in line with evolving client needs. He brings a rare combination of deep market insight and hands-on experience developing investment solutions across institutional and private market channels. As we continue to grow and diversify our capital base, Simon will play a central role in shaping a more scalable and differentiated product offering across real estate and infrastructure.”
