- Hyundai recognized for commitment to child safety and community engagement
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Sept. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Hyundai Motor America has been honored with three prestigious awards at the 2025 Ragan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Awards, emphasizing the company’s dedication to community outreach and making a positive impact on society. Hyundai received awards in the following categories: CSR or ESG Initiative, Public Health or Safety Initiative, and Community Relations. These accolades reflect Hyundai’s ongoing commitment to improving the well-being of individuals and fostering safer, healthier communities across the United States.

Hyundai’s Child Passenger and Pedestrian Safety Initiative received two awards, winning in the categories of ‘CSR Initiatives’ and ‘Public Health or Safety Initiative.’ A cornerstone of Hyundai Hope, this initiative brings together families, certified safety experts, and community partners to address the critical issue of child safety in vehicles and public spaces. Collaborating with leading hospitals across the country, Hyundai helps families learn proper car seat installation and promotes road safety for children by fostering education and awareness to prevent injuries.
