In 2025, Paris Photo returns to the Grand Palais with 219 exhibitors from 33 countries. For its 28th edition, the Fair brings together 178 galleries and 42 publishers, including 58 first-time participants, reaffirming its role as an international platform dedicated to photography and image-based practices.
Organized across five sectors, Paris Photo offers a wide panorama where historical figures and contemporary practices converge:
Main Sector: bringing together leading international galleries and large-scale projects in Prismes, this sector welcomes new participants such as Ayyam (Dubai), Crone (Vienna), Hafez (Jeddah), Isabel Hurley (Málaga), and Eva Presenhuber (Zurich).
Voices Sector: located at the heart of the nave, this curated section, entrusted to guest curators Devika Singh and Nadine Wietlisbach, explores two themes: landscape and kinship.
Digital Sector: conceived by Nina Roehrs, this section highlights thirteen galleries and platforms that investigate digital realities in artistic practice.
Emergence Sector: twenty solo presentations on the balcony spotlight a vibrant French scene alongside projects from South Korea, Mexico, Venezuela, and South Sudan.
Book Sector: with 42 publishers, this sector reflects the vitality of the photobook and its central role in the history of the medium.
The Elles x Paris Photo program, dedicated to the visibility of women photographers, will be curated in 2025 by Devrim Bayar, Chief Curator of the future KANAL—Centre Pompidou in Brussels. Since its launch in 2018, the program has significantly increased the representation of women artists at the Fair.
The public program includes the Conversations, the Book Awards, and more than 400 book signings, as well as new collaborations: the Book Talks with Printed Matter, and an educational initiative with the International College of Photography focusing on darkroom practices. The “In Paris During Paris Photo” program will further extend the experience across the city.
The full program is now online. Tickets are available, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Grand Palais for Paris Photo 2025.
