Noah Lyles anchors USA to spectacular gold in men’s 4x100m relay

Noah Lyles has led the USA to victory in the 4x100m relay, the final event of the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.

The U.S. quartet of Lyles, Christian Coleman, Kenny Bednarek and Courtney Lindsey set a world lead time of 37.29 seconds to defend the title they won at Budapest 23. Canada won silver in 37.55, with Netherlands crossing the line third in a national record of 37.81 for bronze.
