Brian Hayes has been named corporate executive chef, bringing more than 20 years of culinary leadership across fine dining, private clubs, Michelin-starred kitchens, and large-scale catering operations. Most recently serving as executive chef at Fire to Table and previously at the DeBordieu Club in Georgetown, South Carolina, Hayes is known for blending operational excellence with culinary creativity, driving both guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
