Microsoft has announced that Chia Wee Luen has joined the business as Managing Director for Singapore. With over two decades of experience in enterprise technology, Wee Luen brings a wealth of expertise in strategic leadership, customer transformation, and regional growth.
At Microsoft, Wee Luen and his leadership team will advance Singapore’s digital ambitions through cloud and artificial intelligence by accelerating cutting-edge innovation for inclusive transformation.

After beginning his career in Singapore’s public sector, Wee Luen has held senior leadership roles at Red Hat, Qlik and Oracle, and was most recently Managing Director for Asia at ServiceNow. He also serves on the Digital & Technology Committee of the Children’s Cancer Foundation and chairs the Tech for Good Committee of the Singapore Computer Society.
Wee Luen succeeds Lee Hui Li, whose leadership has laid a strong foundation for Microsoft’s continued growth in Singapore.
