Kirkland & Ellis advised KKR and its portfolio company Global Medical Response, the largest air and ground EMS company in the U.S., in connection with a comprehensive refinancing of its outstanding debt, including the incurrence of a new $3.6 billion first-lien term loan B facility due 2032 to refinance existing term loans, $1 billion of 7.735% senior secured notes due 2032 to refinance existing notes and pay down outstanding preferred equity and an upsized $800 million of asset-based revolving credit facility to refinance existing asset-based revolving credit facility.
