London tram network power cut disruption continues

London’s tram network has been hit by a second day of disruption as it continues to recover from a power failure.

There is still no service between New Addington and Addington Village, at the south-eastern end of the line.

However, Transport for London (TfL) has said there is good service on the rest of the network.

This comes after the entire tram system was suspended on Thursday due to a power failure at the Therapia Lane depot.

Tram tickets between the suspended stations are being accepted on buses via any reasonable route.

London’s trams serve south London, running from Wimbledon to New Addington, Elmers End and Beckenham Junction.
