MSIG USA, a provider of specialty commercial insurance, has announced the appointment of global insurance industry leader Martin J. Sullivan as Chairman of the Board, marking a new phase in the company’s growth strategy.
With a career spanning over five decades, Sullivan brings a wealth of experience from some of the industry’s most prominent organisations.
His extensive background includes serving as chief executive of AIG, and as deputy chairman of Willis Group Holdings. Most recently, he served as senior advisor at Lightyear Capital, a private equity firm.
Sullivan also currently chairs Hartford Underwriting Agency Ltd. and serves on several boards of Lightyear portfolio companies.
