The European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) has launched a major call for tenders for the EIC Investment Readiness and Investor Outreach Programme (VentureMatch). This initiative seeks an experienced contractor to deliver tailored investment preparation, matchmaking, and fundraising support to hundreds of deep tech startups in the EIC portfolio, with the goal of accelerating market deployment and scale-up for Europe’s most promising innovators.
The selected contractor will be responsible for supporting portfolio companies with better investor materials, tailored fundraising guidance, and access to expanded learning resources, enabling them to successfully engage with suitable investors.
The contract covers management of investor and company networks, organizing impactful pitching and networking events, and operating robust digital platforms for data management and matchmaking. Activities will include ongoing business intelligence, communication, and coordination with various EIC stakeholders, ensuring effective outreach and high-quality support for all participants.
Applicants will have to demonstrate in depth expertise in investment preparation, event organization, and data-driven support for innovation, all delivered in line with the highest standards for quality, collaboration, and sustainability.
