Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Split After 19 Years of Marriage

After nearly two decades of marriage, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are going their separate ways, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The Oscar-winning actress and the country singer tied the knot in June 2006, and have regularly shown their support for each other and their respective careers over the years. Kidman has been seen by Urban’s side at music awards shows, while the singer has also been spotted at the actress’ movie and television premieres.

They share two teen daughters, Sunday and Faith. Kidman also has two adopted children, Isabella and Connor, with her ex-husband, Tom Cruise.

The Babygirl star last shared a photo of them together in June to celebrate their anniversary. She posted a black and white photo of them embracing on Instagram, with the caption, “Happy Anniversary Baby.” As for Urban, he most recently posted a few photos with Kidman on his personal social media in May, after they attended the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards, where he received the coveted ACM Triple Crown.

Neither Kidman nor Urban has directly addressed what led to their separation. TMZ, which was first to share the news, reported that the couple has been living apart since the beginning of summer.

Recently, Kidman has been busy filming the Practical Magic sequel with Sandra Bullock, wrapping production earlier this month. And Urban has been traveling across the country on his High and Alive World Tour since May, in support of his 11th studio album, High, which was released last year.

Urban, who has won four Grammys throughout his career, is known for his songs “Kiss A Girl,” “Somebody Like You,” “Blue Ain’t Your Color” and “You’ll Think Of Me,” among others. Kidman, who won an Oscar for her role in The Hours and two Emmys for Big Little Lies, is also known for Moulin Rouge!, Nine Perfect Strangers, Lioness, Rabbit Hole and Babygirl.
