Willis, a business of insurance and reinsurance broker WTW, has appointed Ollie Moore as Head of Broking, Pacific, effective immediately.
In his new role, Moore will enhance Willis’ broking strategy, drive innovation, and strengthen partnerships with its insurer network.
Additionally, through this appointment, he joins the Pacific regional Leadership Team at Willis.
Most recently, Moore was a Strategic Director at Willis’ FINEX (Financial, Professional and Executive Risks) business in Australia.
Since joining Willis in 2023, he has played a key role in the FINEX team, demonstrating his expertise in both client servicing and market management.
Moore has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning both the UK and Australian markets. He began his career at the specialist Lloyd’s re/insurance marketplace, and developed a strong foundation in insurance broking.
He later transitioned to the Australian market, holding several senior leadership roles in one of the international brokers.
