Hardstop on requests for Draft BL (verify) copies & Arrival Notice

We understand the criticality of receiving timely notifications. With Maersk’s notification facility, you will never miss out on receiving these alerts.
Effective 15th September 2025, all email and chat requests for Draft BL copies (Verify copies) and Arrival notice will no longer be accommodated. Such requests will be rejected, and you will be guided to use the website or supported online channels.

We encourage our customers to subscribe to our Notification features for Arrival Notice and Bill of Lading that includes draft BL, CTC and Seaway BL and Original BL. Alternatively registered maersk.com users can also download these documents directly from the website.

To access these documents, you can do so through one of two methods:

  1. Via Maersk.com:
  • Log in to your account.
  • From the Hub page, enter your shipment number and click on View Details
  • On the Shipment Details page >> Click Documents tab, simply download the document you require.
  • Email Notification Subscription:
    • Create a subscription for notifications by logging into maersk.com.
    • Click Account >>Manage Subscriptions to see our subscription offers.
    • Click Subscribe here >> Redirect >> Create new notifications. Select the type of notification (Arrival Notice /Bill of Lading/Transport Plan Change) and customize the notification alert.
    • Once subscribed, users will receive an email notification along with a copy of the .pdf document.

    We will continue to accommodate email instructions only in the following scenarios:

    • In case of online errors due to system/website downtimes. (kindly attach a screenshot of the error so our teams can assist you swiftly)
    • Requests from customers who have purchased our Maersk Booking services (BKS) product.
