Michelin has taken note of the ruling handed down by the European Court of First Instance on July 9, 2025. The Group is pleased that the European court has partially annulled the European Commission’s decision concerning searches carried out in January 2024 as part of an investigation into a potential cartel in the tire sector. Michelin does not intend to appeal this decision and will continue to defend its rights during the ongoing investigation into the other periods identified by the Commission.
