European private equity firm Perwyn is in the process of finalizing a deal to buy a minority stake in French software firm SoftNext, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
SoftNext, which is part of Groupe Baelen, has been working with advisers in recent months to raise cash, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is private.
