Despite his struggles, he practiced Tai Chi, advocated for awareness, and performed one final, emotional Black Sabbath show in Birmingham before his death at 76. Ozzy’s openness highlighted the realities of Parkinson’s, chronic pain, depression, muscle rigidity, and balance issues, turning his personal fight into a global call for research and better treatments.
