Report: Olympique Marseille staying in close contact with Bayern Munich’s Sacha Boey

According to a report from RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Olympique Marseille are keeping in contact with Bayern Munich right-back Sacha Boey:

Olympique Marseille are maintaining contact with Sacha Boey in case their proposed move for Timothy Weah from Juventus fell through.

Boey’s status in Bavarian is wide open. Boey seems to be behind Konrad Laimer and Josip Stanišić on the club’s depth chart and is considered to be expendable by some reports. A move to Marseille could be just the right move to kickstart the player’s confidence once again.

So much is going on in the land of Bayern Munich these days….Thomas Müller looks like he is headed to LAFC, but there could be bigger issues than that loss of personnel in Bavaria. There could be a disconnect in Bayern Munich’s office between the executives, the supervisory board, and the coaches, while VfB Stuttgart could be just as wacky as Bayern Munich these days. Let’s talk about why and also catch up on injured stars Hiroki Itō, Alphonso Davies, and Jamal Musiala! You can get all that and more on the latest edition of the Bavarian Podcast Works Show!
