Nikki Golez and Julia Arsenal Dela Rosa introduce new Filipino agency, PassionFruit Creative – Campaign Brief Asia

In a digital world of limitless content and millisecond attention spans, it isn’t easy to get people to genuinely care about brands. But for the powerhouse duo behind PassionFruit Creative, it’s a challenge worth embracing – and one they’re uniquely equipped to tackle.

 

PassionFruit Creative is the brainchild of Nikki Golez (Chief Creative Officer) and Julia Arsenal Dela Rosa (Chief Brand Officer), both recipients of Philippines’ 4AS Agency of the Year Next Gen awards. Their mission: to spark authentic passion for brands through meaningful, bespoke creative storytelling.

Golez brings a wealth of experience from agencies in the U.S.A. and the Philippines, including mcgarrybowen, BBDO Guerrero, Dentsu Creative, Propel Manila, and Jayme Headquarters. Her creative vision has led to recognition from Cannes, D&AD, The Clios, Kidlat, Boomerangs, and more.

Dela Rosa, meanwhile, has experienced brand-building from all sides, having worked on both agency and client-side — including Publicis Jimenez Basic, Campaigns & Grey, Coca-Cola, Propel Manila, and a recent stint as Client Services Director at Publicis Manila. Her intersectional perspective helps bridge the gap between brands and the people they serve.

Wherever they worked, these two were outstanding performers – whether the task was to win awards or build brands. Working together as co-team leads two years ago, they quickly discovered a shared conviction: that advertising is about moving people and making a difference for brands, communities, and the world at large.

“We believe advertising is about making people feel and care,” says Golez. “We’re not about one-size-fits-all solutions. Every brand has a unique story, and we’re here to tell those stories with passion and purpose.”
