Despite it being the first outing for both teams, Lithuania looked sharper offensively and deeper in rotation, while Estonia showed flashes of potential but struggled to contain Lithuania’s ball movement and physicality inside.
Top Performers: Rokas Jokubaitis paced Lithuania with 12 points, setting the tone at both ends as Jonas Valanciunas watched on from the bench. Eimantas Bendzius added 10 points as the only player in double digits for the victors in a balanced attack that saw minutes spread throughout the 13-player roster.
Kristian Kullamae led the visitors with a game-high 20 points in the defeat, while Jonas Riismaa added 13 points.
Up next: Lithuania will look to carry this momentum into their next preparation game on August 7 against Türkiye in Istanbul as they continue building toward official competition. Estonia will take on Israel on August 5.
