TAG Heuer brings us freshness during the heatwave

At the beginning of the summer, TAG Heuer released its new Aquaracer Professional 300 Date series. Three new variants of the Aquaracer Diving collection, featuring beautiful cool colors reminiscent of the ocean, natural beaches, and coral reefs.

Designed to accompany us on our adventures, the Aquaracer Professional 300 can dive up to 300 meters deep and has a 38-hour power reserve, making it ideal for underwater exploration or a well-deserved break on a beach, surrounded by nature.

Now that we’ve laid the groundwork, let’s take a moment to appreciate the appearance of each of the new pieces.

First, let’s talk about the first model: the Aquaracer Professional 300 Date in blue shade. With its gradient blue dial, which reflects the light like water, this watch combines dynamism and aesthetics, practicality, and elegance. With its 36 mm diameter, it has an ideal size for a feminine wrist. Also adorned with eight generous diamonds of 1.40 mm diameter, the Aquaracer brings a touch of glamour to your expeditions.

For the second Aquaracer in purple shade, you need to imagine a serene coral reef illuminated by sunlight filtering through the water’s surface. There you see sea anemones and corals in mauve and violet hues, little colorful fish appearing and disappearing, and perhaps even a starfish resting on the sparkling sand. All this little world is represented in this bold-colored dial.

Let’s finish beautifully with the third watch that features a magnificent pale green shade. For this one, it’s a jade-colored river winding through the heart of a tropical forest, a canoe ride, and a flight of parrots passing over the treetops that can be evoked in this fresh and trendy-colored dial. Indeed, pale green has been fashionable for several years, and added to the modern design of the Aquaracer, it makes this watch a trendy accessory to set off on the discovery of new horizons or simply to add a touch of green into your everyday life.

Now that you have been able to immerse yourself a little in the universe of this collection, it’s always good to know what the professionals who tested it think.

Yannick Nardin, Editor-in-Chief:

A true sports watch, depth-resistant, suitable for smaller wrists… that’s what I like! The codes are there: unidirectional rotating bezel, ultra-performing luminescence even when light is scarce. An interesting detail for better readability: luminescence is blue on the bezel’s triangle marker, the second’s arrow, and the minute hand, and green on the 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, and 9 o’clock markers, as well as on the hour hand. Its water resistance, up to 300 m, makes one dream of abysses populated with strange creatures. Finally, the date window at 6 o’clock – which deviates from purely diving watch norms, since it replaces a luminescent index – makes it very suitable for life on land. With a glamorous touch, thanks to the diamonds, and dials that do not go unnoticed with their wave pattern reflecting the light.

Marine Kieffer, Commercial Director GMT & WT:

I had the pleasure of wearing the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 300 Date, and I was absolutely conquered. Its perfectly proportioned size gives it a discreet yet undeniable elegance, a rare asset for a sports watch. The sage green color of its dial is simply gorgeous, an ideal color choice that instantly evokes summer and pairs beautifully with spring and summer looks. Also, the signature horizontal pattern adds refinement to the piece, making it hypnotic. Beyond its aesthetics, it proved very pleasant to wear, almost becoming unnoticeable on the wrist. It’s a watch that perfectly combines robustness and refinement.
