Hours before the start of the Street Fighter 6 Top 8 at EVO 2025, the PlayStation YouTube channel appears to have jumped the gun on C. Viper’s reveal.
Normally, games featured during the Sunday finals day for EVO will feature an announcement. That announcement could come after the Top 8. It sometimes comes before Grand Finals. It might happen before the whole thing starts. Capcom surely had some plans for Street Fighter 6, but whoever’s running the PlayStation YouTube channel appears to have gotten trigger happy and jumped the gun. On Sunday morning, C. Viper’s teaser trailer, presumably planned for the Street Fighter 6 Top 8 at EVO 2025, went live.
This teaser trailer shows off C. Viper’s new refreshed look for Street Fighter 6 while also showing off her place in the game’s World Tour mode. She’s apparently still on the hunt for Bison, who returned for Year 2. There wasn’t too much shown in terms of gameplay, but it looks like she’ll still be able to grab her opponents for an electrifying jolt as part of one of her Supers or Critical Arts.
