PMDC announces Oct 5 date for MDCAT 2025

The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has officially released the schedule for the MDCAT 2025, announcing that the nationwide exam will be held on October 5.

As per the PMDC notification, different regional universities will administer the test: the University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore for Punjab, IBA University Sukkur for Sindh, Khyber Medical University for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the University of Quetta for Balochistan.

Candidates from Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Riyadh will take the exam under the supervision of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad.

Registration for MDCAT 2025 opens on August 8 and will continue until August 25. Applicants submitting their forms after this period can register with a late fee until September 1.

The standard registration fee has been set at Rs 9,000, while late registration will cost Rs 13,000.

MDCAT is a national-level entrance exam and a crucial requirement for students aspiring to pursue medical and dental education in Pakistan.
