Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie made a heartbreaking decision about their association with their father, Prince Andrew, ahead of the bombshell book release.
For the unversed, the Duke of York is once again making it to the negative headlines as details from Andrew Lownie’s book, Entitled: The Rise And Fall Of The House Of York, are circulating in the media.
From his relation with a convicted sex offender to his alleged ‘bloody’ argument with Prince Harry, the book will cover the behind-the-scenes secrets.
Now, the Mail claimed that Andrew’s daughters decided to stay away from their father, seemingly confirming that the Duke is in hot water due to his inappropriate actions.
An insider revealed, “They’re keeping a distance from [their] dad. The extent to which the relationship can recover will depend on what further revelations, if any, emerge.”
Prince Andrew portrayed the royals in a negative light. From Virginia Giuffre’s accusations to the Chinese spy scandal, he put his daughters’ royal future at risk as well.
While discussing the silence of Beatrice and Eugenie, royal expert Ingrid Seward said, “[Beatrice] has always been close to her father.”
She added, “But I’m not surprised they haven’t come out and said anything in his defence. For his girls to show their solidarity publicly wouldn’t benefit them in any way.”
Now, it appears that the York sisters pick sides and maintain harmony with King Charles and Prince William by keeping a distance from Prince Andrew.
