Cork-born rising star Bambie Thug has signed to rock label Spinefarm and released new single Redrum.
The single, produced by Shaun Lopez, follows a European tour with Babymetal and Poppy, as well as a debut performance at Glastonbury.
Redrum marks Bambie Thug’s first release under their global recording deal with Spinefarm, home to Bullet For My Valentine, Creeper, Dayseeker and Black Veil Brides.
Jonas Nachsin, GM of Spinefarm worldwide, said: “We are so excited to welcome Bambie Thug to the Spinefarm family. When we heard that a tarot card reading had resulted in the final decision to join forces with us, we realised that even the spirit world got to weigh in on our new partnership; we then collectively exclaimed ‘Crown the Witch’ with great exuberant celebration! We can’t wait to see what BT has in store for the world in this and in the coming years.”

In addition to signing with Spinefarm, Bambie Thug has also inked a deal with Universal Music Publishing Group.
UMPG’s Claire Walters, A&R creative manager, said: “We are extremely excited to be working with Bambie, they are an exceptional talent with great artistic vision, and we can’t wait to see what’s next!”
Redrum is Bambie Thug’s first new music since last year’s Fangtasy and Hex So Heavy.
It follows the artist’s first headline tour, Crown The Witch, with over 31 shows across Europe, along with the arena support tour with Babymetal and festival appearances across the UK and Europe.
