Rockstar Games is giving away $2 million in GTA Online! Log in between August 21 and September 17 to claim your share. Plus, discounts on vehicles
Rockstar Games has rolled out its “End of Summer Giveaway” event for GTA Online, giving both newcomers and seasoned players the chance to bag generous in-game rewards. The special promotion, which runs from August 21 to September 17, offers millions in GTA online alongside sizeable discounts on a range of high-end vehicles.
The announcement arrives as buzz builds around Rockstar’s upcoming “Money Fronts” update, widely speculated to land as part of this year’s Winter DLC. The update is rumoured to introduce long-awaited mansions into GTA Online—something fans have been requesting for years. With GTA 6 confirmed for release on 26 May 2026, many believe this event could serve as one of the last major updates for the current title.
How players can secure GTA $2 million
During the event period, any player who logs into GTA Online will be credited with a one-time GTA $1 million bonus. On top of that, subscribers to Rockstar’s GTA+ service will receive an additional GTA $1 million, taking the total giveaway to GTA $2 million.
The offer applies to every player, including those creating an account for the first time. Rockstar has confirmed that the rewards will appear in players’ accounts within 72 hours of logging in. For both casual players and long-time fans, this stands as one of the most generous handouts in the game’s history, offering a perfect chance to invest in new vehicles, expand businesses, or upgrade garages.
Limited-time discounts on luxury rides
As part of the celebrations, Rockstar has also slashed prices across a variety of vehicles, including supercars, motorcycles, sports classics, and aircraft. Discounts range between 30 and 40 percent, allowing players to make big savings on premium rides.
However, these reduced prices are only available until August 28, meaning players will need to act fast to make the most of the offer.
