Korean Air Lines Co. plans to order more than 100 Boeing Co. jets worth $36.2 billion, and also inked a $13.7 billion purchase deal with GE Aerospace, after South Korean President Lee Jae Myung and President Donald Trump met at the White House on Monday.
“103 planes and 206 GE Aerospace engines. We just announced, just now,” US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick told Bloomberg News on Monday about the deal’s terms.
