DLA Piper advised the initial purchasers, led by Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Scotiabank Capital (USA) Inc., in an upsized offering of US$345 million for Denison Mines Corp., a uranium mining, exploration, and development company. The offering consisted of 4.25% convertible senior notes due 2031.
