XAI Chief Financial Officer Mike Liberatore has left the company just a few months after taking the job, according to people familiar with the matter, creating a high-profile vacancy at Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence startup.
Liberatore joined xAI earlier this year and was involved in some of the company’s fundraising efforts and data center expansions in Memphis. But he left the company in July, just three months after starting, according to the Wall Street Journal, which reported the news earlier Wednesday.
