RC Law appoints Daniel Landaluce as partner and María Martínez as counsel

RC Law has announced the strengthening of its Tax Law practice with the addition of two professionals. Daniel Landaluce joins as a partner and will be based in the Washington, D.C. office, while María Martínez joins as counsel from Barcelona, Spain.

“The addition of Daniel and María significantly enhances our tax capabilities at a time when our clients are facing increasingly complex U.S. tax challenges,” said Xavier Ruiz, RC Law’s founding partner. “We are very fortunate to have such a team of highly qualified, Spanish speaking, cross-border tax experts, who have combined private practice, in-house and Administration experience in the United States: a rare find”, added Ruiz.

Daniel Landaluce

Landaluce who has been collaborating with RC Law in the past, will lead the firm’s tax practice. A graduate of ESADE Law School in Barcelona with a Master in Taxation from Fordham University, Landaluce brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of Big Four consulting and in-house leadership. Qualified as a tax adviser in both Spain and the United States, Landaluce advises companies expanding internationally while managing the complex tax needs of U.S. multinationals. His expertise combines cross-border tax structuring with a deep knowledge of U.S. corporate income tax law, further enhancing RC Law’s capabilities to serve global clients.
