Altice USA Switches Advisers to Revive Debt-Reshuffle Talks

Altice USA Inc. has switched advisers as it looks to revive talks with creditors to reduce its $26 billion debt pile, according to people familiar with the matter.

The company, part of the telecommunications empire founded by French billionaire Patrick Drahi, is now working with law firm Kirkland & Ellis and investment bank Evercore Inc., said the people, who asked not to be identified as they’re not authorized to speak publicly.
