The District and Sessions Court Islamabad on Wednesday issued arrest warrants against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a liquor and arms recovery case.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti heard the case, during which no representative appeared on behalf of the KP chief minister. The court subsequently ordered police to arrest Gandapur and produce him before the court on September 17.
The case was originally registered at Bara Kahu Police Station in Islamabad.
