OTO Family Welcomes Leadership Changes

As of September 2025, OTO Family has named key leadership changes. Melania Kulczycka has assumed leadership of the entire group, while Monika Wagner, who has been with the studio since 2023, has been appointed chief executive officer of OTO Film. The company’s founder and former CEO, Jacek Kulczycki, will remain within the group as a mentor to the whole OTO Family.

In her new role, Melania will focus on the strategic development of the group, promoting its activities, and defining a shared vision for all OTO Family companies.

“OTO Family has grown into a group that requires a consistent strategy and long-term vision. Some of our companies are already well-positioned in the market, but as a whole we are heavily investing in new ideas and technologies that need strong support and clear planning. I will also focus on streamlining cooperation within the group, as our greatest advantage lies in the strength of our collective,” says Melania Kulczycka, vice president of OTO Family.

After more than three decades of building and running a company that now includes eight entities, Jacek Kulczycki is stepping into a new role.

“Focusing on strategic development is a natural step for me after thirty years of leading OTO Family. I am delighted that Melania has agreed to continue the family tradition. I know I am leaving OTO Family in the best possible hands,” says Jacek Kulczycki, founder of the OTO Group, who will remain within the company as a mentor.

Monika Wagner takes over as the new CEO of OTO Film, having previously served as Head of Production. A graduate of the Warsaw Film School, she brings over 20 years of experience in film and advertising production. For 13 years, she was part of studio F25, where she advanced through all levels of the career ladder – from production manager, through producer, to head of production. Over the years, she has led and supervised numerous campaigns for both local and global brands, building strong client relationships in Poland and abroad.

“For the first time in 33 years, I am handing over the reins of OTO Film. In recent years, Monika has repeatedly demonstrated her ability to successfully lead the company and unlock its potential,” adds Jacek Kulczycki.

Founded in 1992, OTO Film is one of the longest-operating and largest production houses in Poland. The studio has completed nearly 3,000 projects for leading brands and continues to collaborate with both local and international clients.

Its portfolio includes campaigns for Jeronimo Martins, Kompania Piwowarska, T-Mobile, McDonald’s, Play, Canal+, Coca-Cola, Ferrero, Reckitt, and L’Oréal, as well as international advertisers such as Pepsi, Panasonic, BMW, Porsche, and Suzuki.
