Turner & Townsend appointed as Constellia approved supplier
Turner & Townsend, the global professional services company, has been confirmed as an approved supplier on the Constellia Marketplace, providing a new route for public and private sector clients to access its full suite of contract services.
The Constellia Marketplace rapidly connects public sector clients with over 3,000 diverse and local suppliers, including large corporations, SMEs and micro-SMEs.
It supports both direct awards and mini competitions, making it easier and quicker for clients to engage with suppliers like Turner & Townsend for contract services.
This appointment enhances Turner & Townsend’s role in the changing procurement environment, especially in light of the 2023 Procurement Act, which emphasises transparency, value for money and community benefits. It also builds upon the consultancy’s existing expertise in commercial advisory, contract management and procurement.
Through the new partnership, Turner & Townsend will have the opportunity to support a wide range of initiatives, from developing procurement strategies for local authorities, to advising NHS trusts on contract optimisation, to supporting universities with commercial transformation programmes.
Gareth Poole, Director, Procurement, UK at Turner & Townsend, said:
Being appointed to the Constellia Marketplace is an important step in broadening access to our contract services.
“It provides a flexible and compliant route for public sector clients to engage with us and supports our ambition to deliver high-quality outcomes across both public and private sectors.”
