Mexican Food Company Nutrisa Lists on Local Exchange After Split

Food company Grupo Nutrisa SA de CV listed its shares on the largest Mexican stock exchange following a spinoff from parent Grupo Herdez SAB.

The company’s shares were priced at 6.15 pesos (33 cents) and began trading under the ticker NUTRISA with 322 million shares outstanding, according to a statement from the local exchange, Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. The stock finished the day down 11% at 5.47 pesos.
