E-commerce Firm Pattern Said to Price IPO at $14 Each, Mid-Range

Pattern Group Inc., an e-commerce firm that resells goods on marketplaces such as Amazon.com Inc., and some of its investors priced its initial public offering at $14 per share, in the middle of its marketed range of $13 to $15 per share, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Lehi, Utah-based company and the selling shareholders were offering 21.43 million shares, with half offered by Pattern, and the other half by its backers, according to its filingsBloomberg Terminal with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The number of shares in the offering wasn’t increased, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the information wasn’t public yet.
