Highly-compatible Spray Pump Optimized for Oil-based Formulas
Moroccanoil already uses the industry-leading EuroMist Classic spray pump from Aptar Beauty for several other hair care products, including conditioners and hair mists. Satisfied with the performance, the brand wanted something similar for its new hair treatment launch. Aptar Beauty provided technical expertise through in-house services to help guide the brand towards EuroMist Technical, a pump especially engineered to dispense oil-based formulas. This allowed Moroccanoil to maintain consistency in packaging on the shelf, while using a different insert to achieve the desired spray experience.

Highly compatible with oil-based formulas, EuroMist Technical is especially constructed for chemical resistance, avoiding common issues like swelling and leakage. It dispenses oil-based products in a fine spray, with a precise dose of 150mcl per stroke. It is manufactured in Cary, Illinois.
From Discovery to Full Size
The EuroMist Spray Pump platform features customizable components, from inserts and finishes to dosage options and caps. For Moroccanoil’s Treatment Mist, Aptar Beauty created an exclusive champagne color pump in a smooth matte finish that dispenses the product in an ultra-fine mist and aligns with the aesthetics of the brand. The same pump is used for the 100ml (3.4 fl.oz.) full size and 25ml (0.85 fl.oz.) travel size formats, for a consistent user experience.
For the deluxe discovery samples of the Treament Mist, the brand also chose Aptar Beauty’s mini packaging solution Stilo Replica. It features an elegant 5ml (0.17 fl.oz.) amber glass bottle with the Replica mini fragrance pump and over cap in glossy black.
