The recently released iPhone 17 is making a splash and is likely fast-tracking to become one of the best phones of 2025. But if you’re looking for an upgrade that won’t set you back a grand, heading back a couple of generations into Apple’s lineup can save you a lot of coin. The iPhone 14 might be a couple of years old at this point, but that just means that you can pick one up at an incredible price, especially if you don’t mind a few scratches or dings. Woot is currently offering a number of different models from the iPhone 14 family in refurbished form, starting from just $330.
These are all refurbished models, but different colors and storage capacities are available across the board. These prices will only be available through Sept. 27 however there is limited stock so they could sell out sooner than that.
If you’re looking to spend as little as possible, the $330 iPhone 14 is hard to beat. It has a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display, a pair of strong cameras around the back and some gorgeous colors for you to choose from. That price gets you 128GB of storage, but you can upgrade to 256GB if you need extra space.

At the other end of the price scale, we have the iPhone 14 Pro Max with a whopping 1TB of storage and a stunning 6.7-inch display. That capacity is only available in the luxurious gold finish that you can see in the image above and will set you back $660. That’s a great price considering the iPhone 17 Pro Max with this much storage will likely cost more than twice that.
There are iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Plus deals available if one of those suits your needs better, so be sure to peruse the options before settling on which iPhone 14 model to pick up.
Note that Woot, which is an Amazon subsidiary, has this to say about their refurbished models:
These items are expected to have a moderate level of wear and tear including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, and dings. Outside of their physical appearance, they have been tested to be in full working condition. Batteries are tested to function at minimum 80% capacity.

Why this deal matters
It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that you have to buy the latest iPhone every year, but in reality, nobody does. The older models are still great devices — especially when you can pick up a refurbished device at these kinds of prices. Just make sure to get your order in soon before it’s too late as this deal is set to expire Sep. 27 but could end sooner if stock runs out.
