Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Monday announced a 15% discount on flights to Canada, aiming to facilitate passengers following the recent resumption of services.
According to the airline, the discount offer is available until October 10, while discounted tickets will remain valid for travel between September 30 and December 19.
The announcement comes shortly after PIA temporarily suspended its Canada operations from September 13 to 27, 2025, due to mandatory maintenance of its Boeing 777 long-range aircraft. The airline had said the three-week technical inspection was essential to ensure passenger safety and readiness of its fleet.
PIA has been facing operational challenges due to limited aircraft availability, which has affected both international and domestic schedules. However, the resumption of Canada flights, coupled with the discount offer, is expected to provide relief to passengers ahead of peak travel demand in the coming months.
