Logitech International SA on Tuesday announced a new version of its premium wireless computer mouse with a built-in motor that brings vibrating video game-like feedback to creative apps — a quirky entry in a segment that hasn’t seen major changes of late.
The new mouse, the MX Master 4, adds a haptic feedback system that opens up new ways of interacting with software and accessing frequently used tools in apps like Adobe Inc.’s Photoshop. This in turn could help creative professionals work more efficiently, Logitech said. It will be available in October for $120, with separate versions for Windows systems and Apple Inc.’s Mac line.
