Sriram Krishnasamy to Depart FedEx After Successful Tenure

MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 17, 2025 – FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) today announced Sriram Krishnasamy is stepping down as executive vice president, chief digital and information officer, and chief transformation officer, effective today and will move into an executive advisor role until October 31, 2025 to assist with the transition and ensure continuity of the technology strategy. The company and Krishnasamy mutually agreed to the decision following the successful completion of several key initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term strategy, including achieving its $4 billion structural cost reduction target at the end of its 2025 fiscal year as well as advancing its digital transformation.

A comprehensive transition plan will be announced in the future. In the interim, the leadership of the Data and Technology organization will report directly to Subramaniam.
