All eyes will be on Venus Williams as she makes her surprise return to professional tennis at the age of 45 at the Mubadala Citi DC Open 2025 in Washington, DC, on 21 July.
The seven-time Grand Slam champion will take part in her first professional tournament since the 2024 Miami Open after she accepted a wild card to enter the main draw of the Mubadala Citi DC Open 2025.
She will face fellow American Peyton Stearns in the first round on Monday for the first clash between the two players.
